Introducing Our New Product Category

Concentrated nutrition will always be my primary focus. Medical issues are what led me to microgreens in 2024. My body needed folate- a necessary nutrient to fight a new medical issue. However, it also needed a break from chemicals. Microgreens were my answer. Dirt inside my living environment is another "No No." So, hydroponics was the only way to go. My growing experiment started with Broccoli and Kale. My health journey is in process. I find microgreens fascinating. Learning what it takes to grow them hydroponically is a challenge. I have learned not all vegetable varieties can be grown without soil. Those that can be grown hydroponically come in a range of colors and flavors. Some are easier to grow than others. Some grow quickly; others take more time and skill. Some are sought after for their nutritional value alone. Others for their complex and robust flavors. Gourmet meals tend to utilize simple ingredients with complex robust flavor. That is the focus of the Culinary Delights category.
