Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Tasty Little Leaves Microgreens

Because we operate on a Grow-on-Demand model, every crop is seeded specifically for your individual order. As a result:

​

• No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as the grow cycle begins the Tuesday following your completed order.

​

• Perishable Nature: Our microgreens are fresh, living food that require immediate refrigeration upon delivery to maintain quality.

​

• Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our crops, refunds are generally not available after delivery. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund or arrange an alternative delivery option.

​

• Hand-Off & Delivery: Delivery details are confirmed with you the day before harvest to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that an insulated cooler with ice packs is provided at the delivery location. Once handed off or placed according to your confirmed instructions, responsibility for maintaining temperature control transfers to you.

• Product Concerns: While we take every step to ensure your order arrives in peak condition, if there is an issue with the quality of your order upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours at Dawn@TastyLittleLeaves.com with a photo so we can evaluate it.
