Ingredients
2 oz wheatgrass
4 oz baby carrots
2 swiss chard leaves
1 inch fresh ginger
2 inches fresh tumeric (not pictured)
1 apple
2 - 3 tbsp preferred fresh microgreens (pictured with sunflower and kohlrabi)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
Preparation
Using a cold press Masticating Juicer, juice all ingredients.
Consume within 15 minutes on an empty stomach for best results.
